The purpose with the personal data you give us is: To communicate, to answer questions from you, and to be able to process your order correct.

We only use the information we receive from you. You can always ask us to remove the information we have about you. We do not show any of your personal data to other people nor do we publish them on the internet.

Typically we are collecting your name, email, and maybe telephone number in case you contact us through our contact form in our webshop or via phone or email. If you order an item we will also receive your address. The personal data we receive from you is only used to process your order. Under no circumstances, we give your information to any third party.

Our legal basis for processing your personal data depends on the purpose of the processing. In case we answer a question from you, our legal basis is the Danish data protection law article 6 part 1. litra f. When we deliver a service to you our legal basis is the Danish data protection law article 6 part 1. litra b.

Squarespace transfers our Controlled Data away from the country in which such data was originally collected. Squarespace transfers Your Controlled Data to the US. Squarespace transfers Your Controlled Data to outside the EEA using the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks or another lawful data transfer mechanism that is recognized under EU Data Protection Law as providing an adequate level of protection for such data transfers.

How long we keep your personal information. We keep your personal information for 12 months so we can live up to our 12 months guarantee.

You have rights according to the data protection laws here in Denmark. Please contact us if you would like we delete all data we have collected about you or would like to see which personal data we have from you.

You are entitled to have false information about you corrected. In special cases, you have the right to have the information, we have about you deleted before 12 months have passed. But in that case, we can't live up to our 12-month product guarantee.

Right to a limitation of treatment. You may, in certain cases, have the right to restrict the processing of your personal information. If you are entitled to limited treatment, in future, we may only process the information - except for storage - with your consent or for the purpose of determining, enforcing or defending legal claims, or for protecting a person or important social interests.
