HOW CAN I PAY? We accept payments via PayPal. You don’t have to have a PayPal account since PayPal accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER card.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ANY OF THE CARDS YOU ACCEPT? If you are not able to pay with a credit card we accept bank transfers. If you prefer this then please contact us with help of our contact form.
DO YOU ACCEPT MOBILEPAY(Danske Bank) Yes we accept mobile-pay. Just use telephone number 31909987. Before you transfer any money please contact us via our contact form.
ORDER CONFIRMATION. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at purchase. If you placed an order with us but did not receive an order confirmation please contact us through the contact form, or call us to check whether we have an order registered for you. Please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
CAN I ORDER POSTERS WITH MY OWN DIMENSIONS OR DESIGNS? Prints are usually only available in the dimensions shown on the website but do feel free to ask for a special size.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE? Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order. Please cancel the order and place a new order. See the paragraph “CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?” under the headline Cancel / Return policy.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? Shipping rate is depending on your country. It will be added to your purchase upon checkout.
DELIVERY TIME. Delivery is normally within 3-7 business days from the order date. We dispatch your products 1-2 day’s after you have placed your order. If there is a delay we will inform you.
HOW ARE PARCELS SENT? We use different shipping companies, depending on your order, and where you live.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL? You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop. We will not provide any tracking number on the small prints. All mounted prints will be shipped with a tracking number.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PARCEL HAS ARRIVED? The first attempt is always home delivery but if you're not home the freight company will leave a note on your door with more information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY PARCEL? Any uncollected parcels will be returned to us. You will be charged a fee of 200 Dkr. for the returned parcel. The fee covers the double shipping costs as well as packing.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. If, after 7 days of placing your order, you do not receive a collection notification, please contact us. Please contact us promptly, since your parcel will only be held at the collection point for 14 days, and we charge 200 Dkr for uncollected parcels.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED. If the parcel is damaged then please don’t accept to receive it. Contact us immediately via our contact form. If you are able to send us some photos of the damage, it would be very helpful in our claim against the shipping company.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? We ship almost worldwide.
DO YOU COLLECT ANY TAXES? No, we do not collect taxes, so you will maybe have to pay an import tax depending on the rules in your Country.
CANCEL / RETURN POLICY
CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE? If you want to cancel a purchase before your order has left our shop, please call us immediately on +45 31909987. If you placed your order on a weekend or after business hours you can contact us using our contact form and we will cancel your order.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS? There is a 30-day return policy for products purchased at davidcartagena.dk. This means that you have the right to revoke your purchase by emailing us within 30 days of the date you took receipt of the ordered product or the order reached the collection point. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement if the goods are damaged when we receive it again. We will make the reimbursement not later than 21 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied. If we don’t receive any goods back you will have to provide evidence that you returned the goods, before we can reimburse you.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? Please contact us by using the contact form if you want to make a return. In the subject line please write “RETURN” and please also write your order number in the message. We will send you an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
WE OFFER 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL PRODUCTS. The warranty covers frames, and mounted prints. We cannot offer any warranty on Posters since we haven't mounted them.
FORCE MAJEURE. We can't be held responsible for delayed delivery because of general labor disputes, natural disasters, nuclear incidents, delays or defects at the shipping company. If the delay is lasting longer than 2 months both the Customer and davidcartagena.dk are entitled to terminate the purchase.
